各位高手，我在安装FLAC的时候，出现：
the hardware key was not found ,nor FLACS.CFG file .
Also ,information that FLAC was run with a key on
this computer was not found. this information
allows FLAC to execute <but not step>
without the key attached.
IF you are running under win95 or winNT,please be
certain that the key drivers have been insralled.
you may choose to continue to execute FLAC but you will
not have access to any code options or be able to step
press: SPACE to try to find the key again
ESC to abort FLAC
ENTER to continue executing FLAC
这是怎么回事啊？怎么样解决啊？我的系统是win XP的
